Terms & Conditions – Private Hosted Escapes

Private, wellness-based hosting experiences with optional lifestyle elements. Time together is flexible, informal, and client-led, and is not structured as tours, itineraries, or commercial tourism packages.

Holistic Restorative Wellness Experiences – Burleigh Heads, QLD

By booking a consultation, hosted time, package, retreat, or curated wellness experience with Women’s Holistic Health and Restorative Wellness, you agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Services

All experiences are supportive, restorative in nature, and designed to encourage relaxation, rest, and emotional wellbeing.

Services are complementary and non-clinical and do not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients are responsible for seeking appropriate professional care where required.

2. Scope of Hosting & Third-Party Services

Some elements of your stay may involve third-party providers such as accommodation, transport, or external services. Unless otherwise stated, these are arranged and paid for directly between you and the provider.

We are not affiliated with, nor responsible for, the policies, performance, quality, or actions of any third-party providers.

We accept no responsibility for:

• Third-party cancellations, changes, or service delivery
• Accommodation, transport, or external provider outcomes
• Losses, damages, or additional costs arising from third-party arrangements

3. Booking & Payment

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking
• The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your scheduled experience
• For bookings made within 14 days, full payment is required at the time of booking
• Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

4. Personal Responsibility

By participating, you acknowledge responsibility for your own wellbeing, choices, and participation throughout your time.

You agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or concerns prior to booking or participation.

If you are pregnant, undergoing medical treatment, or managing significant health concerns, you are encouraged to consult your healthcare provider before participating.

5. Travel Insurance

Clients are strongly encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover unforeseen events including illness, injury, natural disasters, government restrictions, weather events, or travel disruptions.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• All payments are non-refundable
• This includes both the initial deposit and any remaining balance paid

Deposits:

All deposits are non-refundable.

Client cancellations:

• More than 14 days prior: remaining payments (excluding deposit) may be transferred to a future booking within 6 months, subject to availability
• 7–14 days prior: 50% of total fee is non-refundable
• Less than 7 days prior: 100% of total fee is non-refundable

Rescheduling:

• One reschedule is permitted if requested more than 14 days prior to your scheduled booking
• Rescheduled bookings must be used within 6 months of the original date
• Requests within 14 days of your booking may not be accommodated

No-shows / early departures:

• No refunds are provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures

7. Cancellation by Us

If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (including illness or force majeure), you will be offered a full refund of fees paid (excluding third-party costs) or the option to transfer to a future date.

We are not responsible for third-party expenses including accommodation, flights, or travel costs.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or travel disruptions.

9. Privacy

All personal information shared during booking, consultation, and planning is treated as confidential and will not be shared without consent, except where required by law.
