TERMS & CONDITIONS
Private, wellness, hosting experiences with optional lifestyle elements. Experiences are flexible, informal, client-led and do not operate as structured tours or commercial tour packages.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging with any services offered by Women’s Holistic Health and Restorative Wellness, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, you should not proceed.
We may update these Terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to review any changes. Continued use of this website or our services indicates your acceptance of those updates.
2. Our Services
Women’s Holistic Health and Restorative Wellness offers personalised, non-clinical services designed to support rest, reconnection, and overall wellbeing.
These may include:
- Private restorative sessions (in-person or online)
- Restorative treatments and wellness-based services
- Private supported experiences and time away
- Retreat-style or extended restorative experiences
- Optional access to independent collaborative practitioners
All services are flexible in nature and tailored to the individual.
3. Nature of the Experience
All services are intentionally unstructured and designed to unfold naturally based on your needs and preferences.
While care and attention are central to each experience, outcomes will vary for each individual.

4. Bookings & Payment
All services are subject to availability and require advance booking.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking
Remaining balances must be paid prior to your scheduled service unless otherwise agreed - Prices are subject to change at any time prior to booking confirmation.
By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
As all services are personalised and reserved exclusively:
- A minimum of 14 days’ notice is required to reschedule
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Changes within 14 days may not be accommodated
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, we may need to reschedule your booking. Where this occurs, we will make every reasonable effort to offer an alternative time or provide a refund where appropriate.
6. Scope of Support & Time Boundaries
Your booking includes dedicated support only during your confirmed session time.
Outside of your booked time, you are responsible for your own plans, arrangements, and decisions.
While we may offer guidance or assistance beyond your booked time where possible, this is not guaranteed and does not form part of your service.
7. Travel, Environment & External Factors
Some experiences may take place in natural or external environments.
We are not responsible for factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:
- Weather conditions
- Environmental changes
- Travel disruptions or delays
- Availability or actions of third-party providers
Participation may involve movement between locations and elements beyond direct control.
8. Accommodation, Meals & Third-Party Services
Accommodation, meals, transport, and external services are arranged and paid directly by you.
Women’s Holistic Health and Restorative Wellness is not responsible for:
- The delivery, quality, or availability of third-party services
- Any changes, cancellations, or failures by third-party providers
Any arrangements made with third parties are solely between you and that provider.
9. Collaborative Practitioners
Where we suggest or connect you with independent practitioners, they operate as separate businesses.
We are not responsible for their services, advice, conduct, or outcomes. Any engagement with them is managed directly between you and the practitioner.
10. Health, Wellbeing & Client Responsibility
All services are designed to support general wellbeing, relaxation, and restorative outcomes in a non-clinical environment.
By booking or participating, you confirm that:
- You are in a suitable physical and emotional condition to participate
- You take responsibility for your own health and wellbeing
- You will inform us of any relevant medical conditions or concerns
Where appropriate, you agree to seek guidance or clearance from your medical or healthcare provider prior to participating.
Our services do not replace, override, or interfere with the advice or treatment provided by your healthcare professionals.
11. Website Use
All information on this website is provided in good faith.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from errors.
It is your responsibility to remain aware of any updates to our website, services, or offerings.
12. Intellectual Property
