Purpose of the Platform

This website is a curated wellness space designed to:

• Maintain a calm, considered, and holistic wellness environment

A listing does not guarantee referrals, bookings, or income.

Accuracy of Information

You agree that all information provided is:

• True and accurate at the time of submission
• Not misleading in any way

You also agree to:

• Keep your information up to date
• Notify us promptly of any changes, including contact details, services, or qualifications

We may update or remove listings where information is no longer current or accurate.

Insurance, Qualifications & Responsibility

You confirm that you:

• Hold current and appropriate professional insurance (such as public liability and/or professional indemnity, where applicable)
• Maintain all required qualifications, certifications, or registrations relevant to your services
• Are fully responsible for your own professional practice and compliance obligations

If your insurance or eligibility status changes, you agree to notify us immediately.

Client Relationships

All services, bookings, communication, and outcomes are managed directly between you and your clients.

You are solely responsible for:

• The delivery of your services
• Client safety, consent, and care standards
• Handling any complaints, disputes, or service-related issues

Women’s Holistic Health and Restorative Wellness is not involved in practitioner-client agreements.

Referrals & Platform Visibility

While we aim to support aligned connections, we do not guarantee:

• Client enquiries
• Bookings
• Income or business outcomes
• Placement or visibility levels on the website

Any referral or client engagement is at the discretion of the individual client.

Voluntary Listing & Removal

Your listing is completely voluntary.

You may request removal of your listing at any time by written notice.

We may also:

• Update or edit listings for clarity and consistency
• Suspend or remove listings where necessary to maintain platform quality or accuracy

Where possible, we will act with reasonable notice.

Content Use & Website Updates

By submitting your listing, you grant permission for:

You acknowledge that:

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Agreement

By submitting your listing, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these terms
• Agree to operate in alignment with them
• Understand that your participation is voluntary and may be updated or ended in accordance with these terms
